INTERIOR DESIGNER

3D SPECIALIST

RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Rendering detailed 3D models with real materials that should be executed on ground easily.

  • Demonstrate your mastery of architectural design programs such as SketchUp, 3D Max, AutoCAD, and Photoshop. Leverage these tools to craft detailed 2D and 3D designs that capture the essence of each project.

  • Ability to develop conceptual ideas into construction drawings.

  • Create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces

  • Prepare project execution drawings.

  • Work closely with clients to develop initial design proposals that align with their vision and requirements.

  • Collaborate effectively to fine-tune designs that strike a balance between creativity and budget considerations.

  • Employ your experience and insights to recommend suitable materials for projects, taking into account aesthetic appeal, durability, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Utilize your on-site experience to contribute to design decisions that align with practical considerations and project feasibility.

  • Prepare comprehensive contracts, architectural measurements, bills of quantities, and pricing documentation to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Liaise with international and local furniture and accessory companies to gather pricing offers. Compile detailed pricing files for each project, ensuring accurate cost estimation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or any related field.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in architectural design software including SketchUp, 3D Max, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.

  • Strong knowledge in Detailed drawings and technical drawings (when needed)

  • Minimum 4 years of experience.

  • A keen eye for creative design solutions that reflect both artistic vision and functional practicality.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and vendors.

  • Ability to identify challenges and devise innovative solutions that align with project goals.

  • Meticulous approach to design and documentation, ensuring accuracy and quality.

INTERIOR DESIGNER

ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.

  • Work closely with 3D Designers, to be able to execute the 3D design properly with focus on all the details.

  • Creating client binders for new clients/ projects.

  • Keep track of all documents and signed and approved designs from clients in the binders and files created initially.

  • Accompany Design Director, Project Management for site visits and clients’ meetings when necessary.

  • Managing project images (sourcing, measuring, writing, and printing)

  • Preparing power point presentation, project paints, flooring, fabrics, and other materials and finishes needed for the presentation.

  • Work on aspects of sourcing, quoting, specifying, and pricing with Design team members.

  • Assist in ensuring accurate incoming and outgoing information from and to the vendors.

  • Manage CFA’s and sampling.

  • Manage all design department filing and binder upkeep.

  • Update and maintain and organize resources library.

  • Weekly reports to be sent and discussed with Project Management Design Director and tracking the development and timeline of the projects.

  • Getting requests from clients for furniture procurement sending requests to different suppliers to receive Quotations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Interior Design Draftsman or similar role in an interior design, architecture, or construction firm.

  • Strong knowledge in Detailed drawings and technical drawings (when needed)

  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant design tools.

  • Solid understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and construction methods.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce precise and error-free technical drawings.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey design ideas clearly.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and source furniture, fixtures, and accessories from various suppliers.

  • Evaluate and select furniture based on design, quality, budget, and client preferences.

  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.

  • Maintain relationships with a network of furniture vendors and manufacturers.

  • Coordinate the procurement process, including ordering, tracking, and delivery scheduling.

  • Ensure that selected furniture pieces meet safety and regulatory standards. 

  • Keep updated on industry trends and new furniture products. 

  • Budget management to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.

  •  Communicate regularly with clients and interior design team regarding procurement progress.

  •  Address any issues or discrepancies related to furniture procurement. 

  • Oversee quality control and resolve any product defects or issues.

  • Manage documentation, including invoices, receipts, and procurement records.
